Terms of Service

PLAI is a baseball scoring, recap, and video platform operated by Mahy Group LLC (“PLAI,” “we,” “us”).

Teams, coaches, and family accounts are created by the people who sign up. PLAI provides the software. Local clubs, leagues, and volunteers run the games themselves.

PLAI helps you keep a digital scorebook, share recaps, show a live score overlay, attach a game video stream, and store highlight clips and athlete stats. Features available to you depend on your role (coach, staff, family/guardian, or athlete manager).

Using PLAI means you accept these Terms and our Disclaimer. You can stop using PLAI anytime.

Keep your login and contact info current. Accounts are for adults (18+) arranging a team or family — coaches, staff, and parents/guardians. Athlete profiles may describe minors; the person who signs in is responsible for that account.

Don’t misuse the platform (fraud, harassment, scraping, sharing logins you don’t control, or interfering with other teams). We may suspend access if needed to protect the service or others.

Scores, lineups, sprays, and recaps are entered or generated from what operators record in PLAI. They are a convenience for your club and families — not an official league book unless your league says so.

Recap emails and public recap links are sent to addresses a coach or staff member provides. Don’t send recaps to people who shouldn’t receive them.

Game video may come from a team’s linked stream (for example YouTube) or from highlight clips stored for playback in PLAI. Third-party platforms have their own terms. PLAI does not guarantee that a stream, replay, or clip will be available, complete, or suitable for recruiting.

Don’t upload or link content you don’t have the right to share. Families watch streams and highlights through PLAI only as the team has set them up.

We may update these Terms as PLAI grows. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
